Setup

Takes a keyboard sharkfin does not know from read-only to working. Cable only.

Run it if the app says your board is not in its list, or shows it read-only. A board that already works does not need it.

Your keyboard	Is the picture yours?
Command set	The board says which it speaks. You allow changes.
Keys	Press a few highlighted keys.
Colours	The backlight goes red, you say what you see, your colour comes back.
Profiles	Next profile and back.
One remap	Written, you press the key, keep it or undo it.
Switches	On a magnetic board, one key goes to a light touch and back.
Done	A summary and the report.

Everything written is read back and put back, except the remap if you keep it. If the board stops answering, unplug it, wait ten seconds, plug it back in; Setup carries on where it was. If the Del key alone is blue or green, ignore it: that is battery charge or a fixed light.

Your answers are kept for that keyboard on that computer. The report rides along with the Contribute bundle, and sending it is how the board gets an entry for everyone.
